Nitin is the site director and operation in-charge for ComterSoft. He leads the business development and technology teams at ComterSoft. Nitin is very instrumental in creating a superior customer experience that has become the culture of ComterSoft. Nitin has institutionalized a ‘No Request Left Behind’ principle at ComterSoft that helped create a best industry-par service experience for ComterSoft customers. He provides guidance and direction to plan software development using agile and iterative methods.

Ms.Syamala is the finance controller of ComterSoft. She directs the payroll process and administer the financial department. In this capacity, Ms.Syamala manages the accounting practices and oversees tax compliance procedures. She is responsible for the creation and enforcement of payroll standards and accounting regulations.
